Print Materials Request

Brochure • Flyer • Postcard • Poster • Application • Invitation • Prospectus/Viewbook

  • An estimated budget should be established before opening a Print Job Request Form. Please confirm your budget with Jeff Ludvik. You will also need to know your cost code and account number for ordering.

  • Brochures, flyers, invitations, and postcards may be produced from two options:
    • The School of Education Marketing Assistant will most likely produce your brochure, flyer, invitation, or postcard “in-house” on University Marketing-approved templates.
      • You are required to provide copy/copy points in Word. Pre-designed brochures, flyers, or postcards in Publisher, Word, etc., are not necessary and will cause a delay in having your job completed.
      • You may give input/ideas on photography. Photography copied from websites usually does not work and should be avoided if possible. Obtain high-resolution photography of special speakers in advance—do not rely on copying from websites.
      • In-house brochures, flyers, and postcards are only produced in one standard size.
      • In-house pieces are finished more quickly than those produced by University Marketing. You should request an in-house brochure, flyer, or postcard three weeks before you want the final piece delivered to your office. If you want the piece professionally printed, you will need to request the piece five weeks before delivery.

  • University Marketing may produce your brochure, flyer, invitation, or postcard, pending Jeff Ludvik’s and University Marketing’s approval.
    • University Marketing has the final approval on design and copy. Marketing has a branding for each school, so there is no need to design printed pieces or templates. However, we are required to provide copy, which University Marketing will proofread and edit to university style.

    • University Marketing can produce brochures, flyers, and postcards in custom sizes.
    • You should request a Marketing-designed piece six weeks before you want the final piece delivered to your office or a mail house. Some pieces may take less or more time.

  • Only University Marketing can produce posters, applications, and prospectuses/viewbooks.
