Current Ed.D. Student
& Doctoral Fellow
I currently work as a Doctoral Fellow with Dr. Helen Stiff-Williams in the Ed.D. in Character Education program. An incredible program, the Ed.D. in Character Education allows me to work around my schedule while learning invaluable lessons about character education and education in general.
In addition to the coursework, I have been able to take advantage of practical experiences that are invaluable in my career — such as the opportunity to attend and co-present at the 2011 Character Education Partnership (CEP) Conference in San Francisco, CA. Through participation in the conference, I had the opportunity to meet many individuals from around the country in the field of character education, as well as interview some of them for a future research article. I am so thankful for the opportunity to attend and co-present in Dr. Stiff-William's session. It was a priceless experience!
Through my studies in the Ed.D. in Character Education program, I feel prepared for my future in ways that I couldn't have imagined. It has been a growing process for me personally as it challenges and disciplines me.
