Course Information

Planning your degree program consists of four steps:

  1. Review the courses required for your degree.
  2. Review the course descriptions for the optional elective courses and choose those most appropriate for you. If you would like additional information about a course, you may also review the syllabus for that course. Syllabi are located in the Blackboard™ content management system.
  3. Examine the course rotation schedule to plan the sequence of your courses. You may utilize the Semester Course Worksheet to record your planned courses.
  4. Within your first year of enrollment, submit a completed ADP (approved degree plan) to your advisor for approval. This document provides you approval by the School of Divinity to register for courses applicable to your intended degree.

As a graduate student, you should utilize the forms provided above to create a schedule that will best suit your work-life schedule and permit you to maintain steady progress toward the completion of your degree. While there may at times be minor changes to the course rotation schedule, these instruments will permit you to more effectively plan your semesters in advance.
