Women in Ministry Conference

Mission

To empower, affirm, and equip women who have been called to ministry.

Objectives

• Explore the Biblical, theological, and practical foundations of women in ministry
• Serve as a resource to women who have been called to ministry
• Develop a sense of community and sisterhood among women in all aspects of ministry
• Energize and encourage women who may be fatigued and disillusioned by the challenges of being a woman in ministry
• Enable women to manage the realities of ministry and life—marriage, family, relationships, career, etc.
• Emphasize the holistic development of women in ministry
• Provide an intellectual, interdenominational platform to promote conversation among women in ministry

Target Audience

Women with a felt or expressed need for support as a woman in ministry such as:

• Women with a call on their lives
• Current and prospective seminary students
• Regent University alumni
• Women who currently serve as church/parachurch leaders, especially those in pulpit/pastoral leadership
• Women who are exploring or are engaged in ministry, including those in bi-vocational/marketplace ministry
