Deadline: An immediate deposit of $200 per person ensures a place on the trip. The deposit is refundable up to January 1, 2013. The registration deadline is December 1, 2012. Final payment is required by January 14, 2013.

Price does not include:

Airline Flights. Round–trip airline flights from your airport of departure to Istanbul are not included in the cost. Travel insurance is recommended if luggage is lost or flights are cancelled. Valid Passport for at least 6 months before departure & $20 Turkish visa fee. Upon arrival in Istanbul, American or Canadian citizens must pay a $20 visa fee before passing through passport control. However, if your citizenship is not American, you must consult your consulate regarding visa requirements for entry to Turkey. Do not register for the trip until you know your visa status! It is the traveler's responsibility to have all necessary documentation in his/her possession before departure. If you do not have a passport or need to renew it, apply immediately because it may take months to obtain it.
Lunches are the responsibility of each participant
Personal extras. Such as phone calls, laundry or valet service, beverages, wine, tea, coffee, mineral water. Porterage of luggage, baggage insurance, and excess baggage.

1)	Students may register for three credit hours for this study tour at the cost of a two-credit course (in addition to the basic trip cost).
