

Jason currently serves as the Doctoral Programs Manager in the School of Divinity and has worked as Academic Services Manager. Prior to coming to the School of Divinity he served as an Admissions Counselor and Graduate Assistant in the School of Undergraduate Studies. As an undergraduate student he served as the Regent Undergraduate Council President and as a Student Alumni Ambassador. Hailing from sunny Florida where he spent most of his youth, Jason earned an A.A. degree from Saint Petersburg College and attended the University of South Florida before moving to Virginia Beach in 2005 to complete a B.S. in Psychology here at Regent. He also completed a M.A. in Biblical Studies with a concentration in New Testament studies. He enjoys serving in various ministry capacities in the local church and he teaches various undergraduate courses here at Regent. His passion is to help people become immersed in the world of the biblical texts and to see people transformed into the image of Christ through the power of the Spirit. Jason works in the Doctoral Studies office and assists students with registration, academic requests, graduation clearance, integrative/qualifying exams, schedule development, incomplete requests, academic advising and more.
