Writer's RoomsWriters' Rooms is an intriguing collection of pictures of the rooms of various writers and their explanation of what kind of environment helps them to write. These are particularly useful as students are considering their pace of work and trying to find their creativity.

On the Subject of Developing an Argument

In The Craft of Research, Booth, Colomb and Williams offer much useful help about how researchers construct arguments that are convincing to the reader. They state that an argument has to have two basic elements, a claim and evidence. A summary of this section is available online.
