Christy is a native of Atlanta, GA (and not just the suburbs). She earned her B.A. in Liberal Studies from William Peace University (formerly Peace College) in Raleigh, NC. While at Peace, Christy was awarded the Coca-Cola First Generation Scholarship. She is presently working on a Master of Divinity in Practical Theology and Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Regent University. Christy currently resides here in Virginia Beach, and when she is not spending time in class or at work, she is traveling the world, doing spoken word, perfecting her baking abilities, and going on daily adventures with her friends to complete their respective bucket lists.
