Glendon L. Moriarty, M.A., Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist and an
Assistant Professor in the School of Psychology and Counseling
at Regent University . Dr. Moriarty is the author of the upcoming
book, published with the Haworth Press, titled, "Why is God
Always Mad at Me?:" Understanding and Changing How People
Who Are Depressed Experience God. He is also the founder of the
God Image Institute (www.godimage.com), the first agency in the
country dedicated to helping people change their emotional experience
of God. Since 1998, he has lectured, trained, and counseled numerous
people about the relationship between emotional hurts and the subjective
experience of God. Dr. Moriarty is also the Director of Missionary
Outreach Support Services (missionaryoutreach.net). He has been
awarded multiple times for his contributions, receiving the Leadership
Award, Fellowship Award, and being named among the Who's Who
of Universities and Colleges . He is a member of the Society
for the Scientific Study of Religion and Christian Association
for Psychological Studies. |
