Q. Who do I contact
when I need help?
A. This is a tricky
question. It really depends on the question
or problem. Program or portfolio requirement
questions should be directed to your
advisor or your professor. If your question
is of a technical nature follow the steps
below:
Step One -
Technical questions
are often already
answered on the
SPC Portfolio
site. Therefore,
step one is to
review the following
pages: Common
Problems, Portfolio
FAQs, Dos
and Don'ts, Web
Page Checklists.
Step Two -
Other technical questions
maybe answered through
a simple search using
Google or another
search engine. For
example, if you wanted
to create an anchor
in a Web page you
might search: "Tutorials
+ Creating Anchors
+ Web pages"
Step Three -
Questions that can
not be answered
on the SPC Portfolio
site or can not
be found while performing
a search on a common
search engine may
be directed to knowledgeable
professors, the Portfolio
Consultant or
the University
Help Desk.

the regent community. Be sure to

and register early when they are offered
