Faculty Login Instructions

SPC counseling faculty have accounts setup on a Regent server for accessing student portfolios and for creating their own portfolios. Most commonly asked questions can be answered on the Portfolio FAQ page. In addition, if you have problems, visit the Portfolio Help section of the Web site. Most issues can be resolved under Common Problems.

To View Student Portfolios

Faculty can go to https://portfolio.regent.edu and login using their faculty username and password to see links of all existing portfolios.

To view an individual portfolio, faculty can go to https://portfolio.regent.edu and the student's user name such as https://portfolio.regent.edu/viwalker and login using their faculty username and password to see links of all existing portfolios.

Access Your Portfolio Web site

Introduction - There are three steps involved with creating and accessing your Portfolio Web site. Step One - Create a Network Connection on your computer, Step Two - Upload/Delete portfolio files. Step Three - View your Portfolio.

Create a Network Connection

Creating your network connection will enable you to access your portfolio files from your computer while they reside on the Regent Portfolio Server. Click the Step 1 image to the left.

Upload/Delete Portfolio Files

You can easily add and delete files in your Portfolio Web site as they reside on the Regent Portfolio server. Once you have completed this step you will be able to view your portfolio from any computer with Internet access. Click the Step 2 image to the left.

View your Portfolio

Faculty portfolios can be accessed on the Web, for viewing only, without logging in.
