The MMate
Center is located in the Psychology
Department of the School of Psychology and Counseling
and was established with the goal of supporting marriage
ministries.
The Marriage
Ministry Assessment Training and Empowerment (MMATE)
Center's mission is to support and empower marriage
ministries. Our vision is to encourage the Church
in the implementation of effective, biblical, programs
tailored to the needs of their community.
The Center is directed by Jennifer
Ripley, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Psychology. It
involves a team of doctoral students who are involved
in developing support for the local church's efforts
in marriage ministry.

This Center was approved by the Academic
Council of Regent University in the Spring of 2004.
