Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Regent University will give a refund only if it can fill the vacated spot from a waiting list. Tuition is non-refundable under any other circumstances.
• If full payment is not received prior to Final Enrollment Deadline the camper will lose their spot without a refund.
• Regent University reserves the right to cancel a camp with a full refund if it does not meet the minimum enrollment.
  
• Minimum Enrollments:
  Animation Camp: 20
  Film Camp: 35
  Studio Theatre Camp: 35
  Main Stage Theatre Camp: 35
• Regent University's camp is filled on a first-paid basis. All enrollment is subject to availability and the successful deposit of enrollment funds.
• Deadline for Early Registration:
  Animation Camp: May 1st, 2009
  Film Camp: May 29th, 2009
  Studio Theatre Camp: May 1st, 2009
  Main Stage Theatre Camp: May 1st, 2009
• Deadline for Enrollments:

  Animation Camp: 30 Performance Students
