Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
• If full payment is not received prior to Final Enrollment Deadline the camper will lose their spot without a refund.
• Regent University reserves the right to cancel a camp with a full refund if it does not meet the minimum enrollment.
• Early Registration Deadline: May 1, 2012
• Final Enrollment Deadline: 2 weeks prior to the first day of the camp for which you are registering.
• Regent University's camp is filled on a first-paid basis. All enrollment is subject to availability and the successful deposit of enrollment funds.
