Biography
Dr. Shuhy received his Ph.D. in Theatrical Design Aesthetics and Theory from the Union Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dave’s recent design credits include Set Designer for Jar the Floor (Generic Theatre), Set Designer for The Importance of Being Earnest (Red Clay Theatre) and Lighting Consultant for Eye Feast Art’s installation at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua, NH. He has worked as Resident Lighting Designer at Salisbury University, Lighting Designer for Pendragon Theatre in Saranac Lake, NY, Scene Designer for The Henlopen Theatre Project in Lewes, DE and Technical Director/Scene Designer for the Maine Shakespeare Festival.
