The following provide a brief overview of the facility rental spaces:
The Main Theatre - a 712-seat proscenium theatre offering the staging space, technical support and audience seating needed for theatre, dance, concerts, guest speakers and conferences.
The TV Studio - a 60' x 75' sound stage with supporting control rooms and editing suites equipped with the latest digital audio and video technology, as well as a back lot for outdoor filming. Equal in scope to many in California and New York, the studio is often used for professional film, television and commercial shoots.
The Studio Theatre - a black box theatre with flexible seating that can accommodate up to 187 seats. It has been the home of Regent University Theatre's Summer Camp program, a popular theatre education camp for children in grades 6-12.
Two Screening Rooms - equipped with film and video projectors that screen a variety of formats including 16mm and 35mm film. These rooms have been used for movie premieres and prescreens as well as presentations and panel discussions. Most notably, the major motion picture The Passion of the Christ was prescreened here, attended by special guest Mel Gibson.
COM Center: Green Room - a plush performer's green room with adjacent dressing rooms equipped with professional make-up stations and shower facilities. This area also contains a star dressing room suite complete with a private green room and a personal refrigerator.
