The Department of Theatre Arts seeks theatre artists who share in this vision—A vision that seeks to shake the world of the theatre to its very core; a vision that embraces the mission of positively impacting upon the art form, the academy, and the industry from the inside out.

The theatre major will prepare artists to discover profound truths deposited in written drama and literature, and express those truths through the power and passion of live performance. Our focus is on educating creative and talented students in all aspects of stage and film performance, from theory to performing on our state-of-the-art main stages and student films.
