BILL EWING

Bill Ewing is president of Every Tribe Entertainment and a producer and co-writer for the feature film End of the Spear. He is currently developing a film titled Blink of an Eye, adapted from author Ted Dekker's thrilling novel.
Ewing served as senior vice president of production and administration at Columbia Pictures for 15 years and worked on numerous films including Awakenings, A League of Their Own, Air Force One, Men in Black I & II, Stuart Little I & II, The Patriot, and Spiderman.
He resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Susie, and their son Blake, who recently graduated from UCLA.

LINDA SEGER

Dr. Linda Seger created and defined the job of script consultant when she began her business in 1981. She based this role on a method for analyzing scripts that she developed for her dissertation project. Since then, Seger has consulted on over 2,000 scripts, including over 40 produced feature films and about 35 produced television projects. Her clients have included TriStar Pictures, Ray Bradbury, William Kelley, Linda Lavin, Suzanne de Passe, and Tony Bill, as well as production companies and writers from six continents.
Seger is an internationally known speaker in the area of screen writing, having taught and lectured in over 30 countries. She presented the first professional screen writing seminar in both Moscow and Bulgaria and has trained script consultants and script editors in Germany, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Austria, and Italy. She has given seminars for studios, networks, production companies, television series, and film commissions.
As the author of 10 books, Seger has been a guest on more than 60 radio and television programs, including All Things Considered, National Public Radio, Good Morning L.A., Good Morning New York, and CNN.

JEFF HOLDER

From animation writing to stints as a network and studio executive, Jeff Holder is a veteran in kids media.
Holder began as a writer on animated series such as Dennis the Menace, Scooby Doo, and Flintstone Kids. In 1986 he became director of children's programs for ABC TV where he oversaw such series as Winnie the Pooh and A Pup Named Scooby Doo.
He then went on to work as vice president of development at Hanna-Barbera studios, where he piloted for the launch of Cartoon Network Dexter's Laboratory, Power Puff Girls, and Johnny Bravo, among others. At Hanna-Barbera, Holder also wrote Yogi, the Easter Bear with Joe Barbera.
After leaving Hanna-Barbera, Jeff became vice president of creative affairs at Sony Wonder and served as executive in charge of production on numerous Sesame Street DVD productions.
Jeff left corporate in 2001 to write and produce The GodMan, a one-hour CGI animation story of Jesus. In addition, he's been story editor and producer of Veggie Tales'The Cartoon Adventure of Larry-Boy and co-story editor and writer on Bugtime Adventures. Holder has co-created Messy Bessy, a new preschool series that is being shopped for distribution.
He lives in Chatsworth with four kids, two pets, and one wife.

2007 – CHERYL MCKAY

Cheryl McKay has been professionally writing since 1997. She is, perhaps, best known for writing the screen adaptation of The Ultimate Gift, a feature film starring James Garner, Brian Dennehy and Abigail Breslin. the film, based on Jim Stovall’s best-selling novel, was released by Fox in theaters in 2007. It won a Crystal Heart Award at the Heartland Film Festival and is a Movieguide Nominee for Best Family Film.
McKay also wrote the DVD script for Gigi: God’s Little Princess, another adaptation based on the book by Sheila Walsh, as well as the script for Wild and Wacky, Totally True Bible Stories series with Frank Peretti. She wrote a half-hour drama for teenagers about high school violence, called Taylor’s Wall. It was produced in Los Angeles by Family Theater Productions. McKay recently finished working on a script commissioned by Art Within, after winning a year-long fellowship.

KEN WALES

Veteran filmmaker Ken Wales produced the critically acclaimed 2007 Amazing Grace and was executive producer of the award-winning CBS Television series Christy.
He began his drama career playing a juvenile role on a local radio show in Kokomo, Ind., and at age 14 he operated the projector at the legendary Aero Theatre in Santa Monica, Calif., where he became a serious film buff. Wales received the first Walt Disney four-year scholarship and graduated with honors form the School of Cinema at The University of Southern California. He has acted in over 35 films and television shows.
During a 15 year partnership with director Blake Edwards, Wales produced many memorable films including The Tamarind Seed, starring Julie Andrews and Omar Sharif, and The Wild Rovers, starring William Holden and Ryan O'Neal. He also served as associate producer on many feature films including Darling Lili, starring Julie Andrews and Rock Hudson, The Great Race with Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis, and The Party and Revenge of the Pink Panther, both starring Peter Sellers.
Wales co-produced John Steinbeck's East of Eden as an ABC eight-hour miniseries, starring Jane Seymour. The series was Emmy® nominated and a Golden Globe® winner. Wales also was associate producer of the first season of Cagney and Lacey. He was vice president of production for Walt Disney Pictures and has served as production supervisor and consultant for many other features.
Wales received an honorary Doctorate of Fine Arts from Greenville College in Illinois and is on the faculty of his alma mater, the School of Cinema and Television at University of Southern California.

RALPH WINTER

Ralph Winter has proven himself to be one of Hollywood’s most successful producers in motion picture and television. Winter has produced some of the greatest box office successes for 20th Century Fox, including the X-MEN trilogy and Fantastic Four movies. Currently he is shooting Wolverine, scheduled for a Summer '09 release.
Throughout his career, Winter has produced over 25 films for various studios and topped $4BB in worldwide box office receipts. He has also produced and directed television for Steven Spielberg at DreamWorks. He is a founding partner in the commercial production company ThomasWinterCooke, where he and his partners have successfully pioneered branded entertainment with product integrations ranging from global beverage brands to automobiles.
A graduate of UC Berkeley, Winter is married, with two children. He is active in community affairs and performing arts projects, and speaks regularly around the country at universities and film festivals.
