Graduating year - 2001

Oscar and Gabrielle (Bush) Cuan (’01): Oscar and Gabrielle have lived in Orlando for the past 2.5 years. Oscar is a full-time tenure-track public speaking professor at Valencia Community College. Gabrielle is a communication professor at various colleges in the Orlando area and is working toward starting her own business.

Cristina Cobb (’01): I'm getting ready for my wedding which is on July 16, 2005. It is going to take place in Pensacola, Florida. And if anyone from my class would like to get an invitation from me should e-mail me at cristinacobb@hotmail.com with their address. This is the last school year that I am teaching in Korea. I will be moving to Lynchburg, Virginia after the next summer is over to live with my husband, Stephen Meier. I'm looking for a teaching position at Liberty University or at a nearby Christian school.

Alicia Fink (’01): Since graduation, I have been working as a writer and editor of a few local publications, here in my home town, and also teaching Communications at a local College - The College of St. Rose. As of right now, I am not working, but am staying home to raise my four year old son, Eldon, who was born during my time at Regent. We live in upstate NY now, which is where I'm originally from and I am currently pursuing my NYS Teaching license in English as a Second Language, hoping to teach in the inner city of Albany. I am a member of APAC Albany (The Association of Politically Active Christians) and plan to address the Albany Legislature this month regarding the protection of marriage versus homosexual rights and the rightful place of government in the lives of the people.

Mark Frederick (’01) is a professor in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Crown College in St. Bonifacius, MN.

Jennifer (Rozendal) Griffin (’01): I got married to Sandy Griffin (whom I met through alumni Brian and Heather Ambrose) in November 2005. We live in Richmond, VA and have just bought our first house! I work for Capital One while continuing to pursue my photography and graphic design business (www.vistrek.com), and Sandy works for Wachovia.

Mark Menga (’01): I just passed my dissertation defense. I will walk in May 05 at Regent for my PHD. I am a full-time professor with the School for Undergraduate Studies here at Regent in the Communication program. I recently moved from Hampton to Norfolk.

Alison (Satterfield) O'Brien (’01): I'm doing well...living in San Diego. I'm a Communications Project Manager at a ministry in San Diego. I got married in April--my husband’s name is Davin. He is in the Navy and will be going to flight school so we will soon be moving to Pensacola, Florida. We have an awesome church here (which was selected as the CBN Church of the Week a few weeks ago--Canyon View Christian Fellowship). We do a lot of cool outreaches to the community, and I have been involved in some of those activities, as well as several small groups/home fellowships.

Chris Savage (’01): I’m currently working on my MA in Divinity and my MBA at Regent! (Over full time) I also was married on 6/12/04 to Abigail Rockwell.

Robert Strain (’01): I am working at Georgia Military College as an E-librarian, Academic Advisor, and Adjunct Instructor teaching Business and Public Speaking.

Allison Blythe Williams (’01) and Andrew David Campbell ('01) were married on August 14, 2004. Allison is the Public Relations Manager for 2 hospitals in Ocala, Fla., and Andy is training to be a financial consultant with AG Edwards.
