Judith (Lindsay) Mills ('00): My husband, Vic, and I are in our third year of seminary preparing to become licensed Marraige and Family Therapists. I will be using my Comm degree from Regent to become a licensed Drama Therapist.

Paul de Gastyne (’00): I am the Associate Pastor at Christian Growth Center in Christiansburg, Va. I am the youth Pastor, lead an adult cell group, and work with families leading outreaches to the community such as "The Breakfast Ball" which provided a good meal every Sat. morning throughout the summer to needy kids; with breakfast food sent home to last the week. I also lead a troupe of Christian clowns. The Regent Community may remember "The Clown of God" theatre production, 3 (or 4 years ago), which we are presenting this season in our church and taking it out to other venues such as "The Montgomery County Christmas Kitchen" on Christmas Eve and to local Christian Schools.

Ed Fortenberry (’00): I just celebrated my 1st anniversary recently so the year has been mainly spent getting used to a new life. My day job is with the Dept. of Homeland Security, I edit videos for my church's bible college at night.

Heather Jo (Smith) Ambrose (’00): I am living in Richmond, VA with my husband Brian Ambrose (School of Government, 2000) and our little girl Reagan Jane (18 months old). I left full time work as a graphic designer/marketing director to be a stay-at-home mom and part time professor at the local community college (J. Sargeant Reynolds). I just finished editing a book for my grandfather called "Tell it Again Grandpa: One man's storytelling legacy."

Christine Krebsbach (’00): I'm working as the Residence and Student Life Director at the Los Angeles Film Studies Center (LAFSC). I also currently teach the Acting in Hollywood class that we offer. Although I am not currently pursuing acting full time, I act when I get a chance and just worked on a short film in October.

Don Payne (’00): I am currently an instructor in the English department of Hampton University; I hope to be ABD in my doctoral studies by April, and to finish by May 2006. Connor is 10 months old and thriving in every way. I am currently working on a documentary about America for Jesus, a prayer rally held in Washington, D.C. on October 22.

Adrian Schoonmaker ('00): I married my wife, Jocelyn, on Nov. 28, 2003. Less than a year later, we gave birth to our first son, Lukas Connor Schoonmaker (7 lbs 3 oz ... 21" long), at DePaul Medical Center in Norfolk. He is now almost 3 months old, and we're loving him. Joyce is a full-time mom and wife, as well as a soon-to-be-student, and pastoring with me at Freedom City Student Ministries in Virginia Beach. I love my full-time pastoring work, directing the student ministries for Middle School, High School, and Young Adults. We work with ages 11-29 in an intense discipleship model with the goal of raising up generations of self-starting, reproducing student leaders. We currently have 50-60 students attending weekly cell groups; 36 students committed in discipleship relationships; and 10 young people in student leadership, each pastoring their own cell group.

Jonathan Sutton ('00): Jonathan completed a Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis in Special Education in December 2005 at Peabody College of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. While at Peabody Jonathan was selected for induction in the education honor societies Kappa Delta Pi and Pi Lambda Theta. After graduation Jonathan has taken a job as an inclusion special education teacher at Blackman High School in the Rutherford County School District in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
