Graduating year - 1997

Laura Bagby ('97): Laura is a Senior Internet Producer for CBN.com.  I have recently changed my job focus at CBN.com to Health and am thoroughly enjoying interviewing Christian experts on fitness and nutrition and producing content for CBN's Web site.

Parker Bradley ('97): I'm living and working in Nashville. I have written a full- length screenplay based on a William Faulkner short story that has been option by a production company in Santa Monica and have been asked to adapt a second Faulkner story for the screen by the same. I am starting up a small company called Clockwork Pictures to do both film and video and based here in Nashville (clockworkpictures.net). Still single, so I guess that's my next project to tackle .

Caroline Nichols-Rowell (’97): I am currently working from home in my own direct sales company and am finding great success in this for our family. My husband David and I work as the worship leaders at our church's contemporary service. We have a little girl, Gabriella who is 21 months old and are expecting a little boy in March '05.

Jeff Rivenbark ('97): I work full-time as an Assignment Editor at one of the television stations in Charlotte, the country's 28th largest television market. I have worked in this market for more than three years. This is the fourth television station in which I have worked since graduating from Regent. I am happy to be working in a large market in my home state. In addition to working at "News 14 Carolina," I teach part-time at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. The Spring 2005 semester will be my fifth consecutive semester teaching Broadcast News Writing, Public Relations Writing and Public Speaking classes. I am also pursuing my interest in public relations. Currently, I am a freelance writer for Food Lion, a national grocery store chain. I write a variety of articles which are posted on their website for the public as well as the intranet for their employees.

Ken Robol (’97): Ken is a faculty Member at Halifax Community College in Weldon, NC, where he teaches Communication. He has three boys: Alex is nine, Zach is six, and Jackson is one.
