If not enrolled for 5 years or more:
The student will need to complete the
entire application process, (Goals
Statements, Writing Samples,
Recommendations, Community Life Form,
Computer Literacy Survey, Test Scores,
Resume, Transcripts, etc.) including the
regular application fee. The student
must meet all current admission
requirements. New test scores and
transcripts will not be required if they
are on file. If not, the student will be
required to submit them with the new
application.
If enrolled fewer than 5 years ago:
The student must complete the
Readmission Application Form and include
a $50 application fee. All admissions
materials (Goals Statements, Writing
Samples, Recommendations, Community Life
Form, Computer Literacy Survey, Test
Scores, Resume, Transcripts, etc.) on
file will be transferred to the new
application term. Any missing items must
be provided by the student before the
file will be submitted to the Admissions
Committee.
Non-Enrolled Applicants Seeking Re-admission
After
One Year
If
enrollment is deferred for more than one
year: (Three
semesters) All admissions materials
(Writing Samples, Computer Literacy
Survey, Test Scores, Resume, and
Transcripts) that on file will be
transferred to the new application term.
However, the Goals Statements,
Recommendations, and Community Life Form
must be re-submitted with a $50
application fee. Any missing items must
be provided by the student before the
file will be submitted to the Admissions
Committee.
