Doctoral Credit:

Tuition - $3,105 ($885 + SCA fee + University fee)
Oxford Program fee - $1,490 (nonrefundable)

Masters/Undergraduate Credit:

Tuition - $2,505 ($685 + SCA fee + University fee)
Oxford Program fee - $1,490 (nonrefundable)

Food, Lodging & Transportation

Nonrefundable Oxford Program Fee includes:

  • Sharing a double room
  • Daily breakfast while at Oxford
  • Two meals and an afternoon tea
  • Required medical/travel insurance

Single rooms are available for an additional cost of $900. Tours of various sites such as The Kilns, Magdalen College, Merton College and Bodleian Library. Also tours of University Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Christ Church, Headington Church and Cemetery and includes guest speakers.

Students will be staying at the Royal Oxford Hotel which is ideally located just a two minute walk from the heart of Oxford city centre, and within walking distance of the railway and bus stations.

Students are responsible for making their own flight arrangements, travel expenses to and from the airport, any additional meals at Oxford or during travel, books and any taxes.

We ask that students not purchase airline tickets until you are contacted with confirmation that the class makes, which should be in the middle of April. New airline rules state that you must have your passport before you can reserve an airline ticket overseas.

Oxford Program Fee: Between $1,490-$2,350
Average total for 12 meals in Oxford: Between $120 - $256
Average flight: Between $1,000 - $1,500
Average round trip bus from Heathrow to hotel: $62
Total average out-of-pocket expenses (not including tuition): Between $2,672-$4,168

**Regent will incur certain unavoidable expenses in anticipation of the tour. Therefore, if Regent University cancels the tour for any reason, travelers will NOT receive a refund for monies paid. (**Please refer the International Liability Waiver for details.) We encourage all study abroad/tour travelers to protect themselves with the "Cancel for Any Reason Insurance" plan. The plan provides comprehensive protection for travelers should something unexpected happen during or prior to the tour.

Regent University has partnered with RoamRight if you choose to purchase this addition insurance through them. This is not required.
