| March 13, 2013 | Summer Semester Registration opens. |
| April 1, 2013 | Final application & $500 (nonrefundable) deposit due to Oxford Program Manager for undergraduates. |
| April 20, 2013 | Remainder of (nonrefundable) program fee due to Oxford Program Manager. |
| April 21 and after | $100 late program fee during this period. |
| May 6, 2013 | Tuition due (Business Office). |
| May 6, 2013 | Class "Prologue" begins online in Blackboard. |
| May 6-19, 2013 | Add/Drop period for graduate students with 100% refund (tuition only). |
| June 22, 2013 | Check into Oxford Spires Four Pillars Hotel. Check in by 3:00 p.m. |
| June 30, 2013 | Check out of hotel by 11:00 a.m. |
| July 1-August 10, 2013 | Class "Epilogue" online in Blackboard. |
