Master of Fine Arts Degree for Cinema-Television
On-Campus Degree Overview:
We offer a Master of Fine Arts in Cinema-Television with majors in directing, producing and script & screenwriting. The MFA is a three-year professional training program with a strong emphasis on mentoring aspiring artists through hands-on, practical experience. Students will gain in-depth knowledge in their chosen field of study and will be challenged artistically, academically and spiritually by a faculty of industry leaders in a faith-based environment. Upon graduation, students will be equipped to work professionally in the film, television and media production industries, or to pursue a career in academia.

An Award-Winning Legacy
The Department of Cinema-Television has received more than 285 awards and accolades since Regent University's founding in 1978. Our students' films have been recognized on the regional, national and international levels. In 2011, students in our Directing and Producing programs received two regional awards, 24 national awards, and two international awards.
