3D Leadership: How to Obtain It, Maintain It, and Transfer It
The media bombards society daily with stories of individuals in leadership positions acting in ways contrary to the values the individuals appear to espouse or project. As a result, there are those in society who have lost faith in many individuals occupying positions of leadership. 3D Leadership: How to Obtain It, Maintain It, and Transfer It addresses the need for a specific type of leadership model that promotes honesty, integrity and values, their transference, and provides a blueprint to show how leaders can be dedicated, disciplined, and fully engaged in disciple-making. While these three elements of leadership are not the only ones necessary for effective leadership, they are major components that, when present, complement the leader, the followers, and the organization; and when absent, can hinder the overall mission of the organization as well as those connected with the organization.
3D Leadership: How to Obtain It, Maintain It, and Transfer It discusses the ways in which 3D Leadership promotes honesty, integrity, and values. It examines how the absence of 3D Leadership can negatively impact various aspects of an organization to include leadership, followership, productivity, morale, achievement, and structure. In addition to providing an understanding of what 3D Leadership is, this book assists organizational leaders in gaining an understanding of how the elements of this specific leadership model are acquired, maintained, and transferred.
