This project outlines the strategic framework, operational plans, and implementation strategy for the Center for Creative Leadership & Ministry Innovation (CCLMI), a new ministry initiative of Destiny Metropolitan Worship Church , a nondenominational, purpose driven church in Atlanta , Georgia . CCLMI is characterized as a "ministry university" designed to equip Christian leaders to more effectively execute their responsibilities within the Church by cultivating continuous learning experiences, encouraging creative ministry approaches, and providing Biblical leadership development training. CCLMI employs a holistic and integrated approach to learning and development that helps ensure the development of skill improvement and behavioral changes for individuals and teams as they purposefully seek to accomplish their organizational vision and mission.
