The purpose of the leadership-training seminar, “Training Christian Leaders to Enhance Their Leadership Effectiveness Through Wellness Practices,” was designed to offer Christian leaders a wealth of knowledge on wellness and leadership practices. With this knowledge, leaders agreed that wellness practices, which promote healthy, fruitful, productive living and longevity, translate into effective leadership. Leaders were informed through presentations that involved lecture, demonstrations, and storytelling. Leaders also participated in discussions, activities (individual, partner, and group), and completed questionnaires and evaluations.
