Entrepreneurs’ Guild Sets Stage for First Live Recording at Regent University Public is welcome to attend as part of studio audience.
July 20, 2007
Virginia Beach, Va. – The Entrepreneurs’ Guild, recently launched by the Regent University School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship (GLE), is set to record its summer series of dynamic and engaging interviews that feature leading and emergent entrepreneurs from around the globe on July 31, August 1 and August 2 at 6:00 p.m. each night.
Co-hosted by Dr. David Gyertson, distinguished professor and former Regent University president and Julianne Cenac, Regent Global Business Review executive editor, the Entrepreneurs’ Guild program brings to light
each guest’s unique path to success through a values-based worldview.
According to Cenac, “Entrepreneurs are drivers of the world economy. They are more than business owners, they are innovators and, in many ways, trailblazers in commerce and industry. The Entrepreneurs’ Guild seeks to tell those stories and provide a stage for learning, dialogue and advancement of social business practice.”
Featured guests in the [e] Guild’s summer series include Michael Louis, director of strategic initiatives for The Louis Group in South Africa; Andrew Waites, president of eValueville in Hattiesburg, Miss.; David Nygaard, CEO of Nygaard Fine Jewelers in Virginia Beach, Va.; Michael Kowalski, co-owner of Let’s Dish in Chesapeake, Va.; and others.
The public is invited to be a part of the studio audience at no charge. The live recordings will be held on Regent University’s Virginia Beach Campus in the Communication & Performing Arts Center. A complimentary reception will follow each recording, enabling audience members to meet and speak with guest entrepreneurs. Seating is limited. Online reservations are required and can be made through the [e] Guild’s website at www.regent.edu/eguild.
