VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Regent University's School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship (GLE) launched its newest online publication, Emerging Leadership Journeys (ELJ) on April 29.
ELJ is an academic journal that provides a forum for emerging scholars in the field of leadership studies. Contributors to this journal are Ph.D. students enrolled in the organizational leadership program in GLE.
"We believe that students in their first year of study have something of value to offer the leadership academy and have produced the ELJ as a logical outcome of this belief," said Dr. Bruce Winston, GLE dean.
Under the editorial leadership of Dr. Mihai Bocarnea, GLE associate professor and director of the Ph.D. program, ELJ represents the multidisciplinary field of leadership and publishes the best research papers submitted by Ph.D. students during the first four terms of their doctoral journey.
According to Bocarnea, "These selected papers reflect the students' scholarly endeavors in understanding the phenomenon of leadership and in advancing the field of leadership studies ontologically, epistemologically and axiologically."
To stimulate scholarly debate and a free flow of ideas, ELJ is published in electronic format and provides access to all issues free of charge.
