Leadership & Ethics
While it's not difficult to live ethically, it is difficult to understand what ethics really means. According to Dr. Winston, ethics are a collection of normative behaviors by which people agree to operate. This can change from industry to industry, from country to country and even within the same organization over time. Regardless, it is imperative for our own success that we operate within the current norms, even if we wish to change some of those norms. Join Drs. Winston and Stone as they offer a more in-depth explanation of leadership, ethics and how to affect change within the organization.
