2006 -2007: Guatemala – Regent University School of Undergraduate Studies, Fall 2006 – Spring 2007; Upon the invitation of President Oscar Berger, designed and administered two five-session leadership (ethics and transparency) courses, taught to more than 1,500 key officials in federal ministries of the Republic of Guatemala under the auspices of the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP).
2006: England – Regent University School of Undergraduate Studies, July 15 - 30; Two-week undergraduate course entitled “Innovation in Britain” taught primarily at Hertford College, Oxford, which encouraged significant interaction between students, renown British innovators, and innovative corporations in Oxford, London, Bath, and other British cities.
