Dr. Sergio Matviuk is a professor and the executive director of international programs in the School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship (GLE). He has served in the fields of education and leadership development for 20 years, occupying faculty, management and executive positions. Serving as administrator and director of educational programs for more than 10 years in most of the Latin American countries, Spain and the United States, Matviuk has extensive experience in international and cross-cultural educational activities. He has also served as a university professor for more than a decade in undergraduate and graduate programs ranging from traditional on-campus programs to non-traditional off-campus and online programs.
Matviuk serves as a leadership development and international business consultant, trainer and coach for corporate, government and non-profit organizations located around the globe. Matviuk has provided consulting services to organizations such as Texas Instruments, Lucent Technologies, Fleet Bank, The Paraguayan-American Chamber of Commerce (Paraguay), The Supreme Court of Justice of Cordoba (Argentina) and The First Vice-Presidency of Peru (Peru).
Matviuk is fluent in English and Spanish and possesses a working knowledge of Portuguese. His passion is to study and teach effective Christian values-based leadership and to form leaders with an excellent academic foundation of strong values-based ethics and deep spirituality.
