Dr. Dail Fields has been a part of Regent University since 1999 with the School of Business and now the School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship. Dr. Fields teaches in the Ph.D. program in Organizational Leadership, supervises doctoral dissertations, and conducts an international research program. He also provides consulting services in management and leadership development to business and government organizations.
He has been a guest lecturer and speaker for professional organizations and universities in China, Singapore, Malaysia, Lithuania, Russia, and Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Regent University, Dr. Fields served on the faculties of George Washington University and the City University of Hong Kong. He also has extensive management and consulting experience with firms which include MCI Telecommunications Corp. and Deloitte Touche & Co. as well as entrepreneurial experience gained in starting a small business. He has recently returned to Virginia after serving as Fulbright scholar in Lithuania for 2006-2007. Dr. Fields is the editor of the International Journal of leadership Studies
