Ming Piao, Ph.D.

Dr. Ming Piao joined the faculty at Regent University in 2013 as an assistant professor. She teaches strategic management, leadership, and human resource management for both the master- and doctoral-level courses. Prior to joining the faculty at Regent University, Dr. Piao served as an assistant professor at the University of Utah. Her research focuses on organizational learning, organizational change, and innovation. She earned her master's degree in human resource management from the School of Labor and Employment Relations at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her Ph.D. in the area of strategic management from Northwestern University. Dr. Piao currently serves on the Editorial Board of Strategic Management Journal.
