  • Medical Center - consulting project with station manager nurses, specifically addressing the issue of modeling the way and influence in the workplace in the age of a changing medical workplace rational.
  • National Railroad Company - Assisted organization on age discrimination suit and litigation; ethics in the workplace; and organizational commitment.
  • Not-for-profit organization for under-privileged women - Consulting project helped organize the organization's goals; the mission and vision statements for the organization; and the strategies to meet stated objectives.
  • Not-for-profit organization for the Carolina's - Consulting project to guide group as they re-organize their leadership rationale. The group oversees North Carolina and South Carolina orphanages, state-wide disaster relief, community crisis intervention, refugee and immigration services, residential services for adults-children-incarcerated families, and partnerships with churches and families.
  • Consulting with Hampton Roads Church - Focus on two main agendas. First, a re-organization of the Sunday School program; and secondly, training and leadership development of those who wish to step into leadership positions in the church.
  • Ronald McDonald House, Hampton Roads. Working with the Center for Leadership Studies to formulate and address strategic planning research and initiatives with specificity regarding efficiency and effectiveness.
