Ph.D. – Individualized Concentration

For the PhD in Organizational Leadership Individualized Concentration the selected courses must clearly be tied to organizational leadership (the title of the course should reflect leadership).

Students are encouraged to take LPHD 785 Seminar: Trends in Organizational Leadership Research (3) as part of the Individualized Concentration to prepare them suceesfully for comprehensive exams and dissertation work.

As courses in the Individualized Concentration can draw on doctoral-level courses offered in any of the Regent University graduate schools, the course schedule and sequence will be determined with the student's academic advisor and the Regent graduate school that is offering the courses.
