Guidelines for Oral Presentation of Papers

1. The cover page should include: (a) Name of author(s), (b) Title and Affiliation(s), (c) Full address of corresponding author(s) including phone, fax and e-mail.
   
   
2. The next page should include the title of the submission and a 300-word, single-spaced abstract, which should be sent via e-mail to Dr. Sunita Singh-Sengupta (sssengupta@fms.du.ac.in) or Dr. Dail Fields (dailfie@regent.edu).
   
   
3. Full papers should be limited to 3000 words. Manuscripts should be typed using Times New Roman Style with a font size of 12, double-spaced with 1” margins. Papers may use either the style guide of the American Psychological Association (APA) or The Chicago Manual of Style, 15th ed.

The best papers from the workshop and the conference will be selected for publication in The International Journal of Leadership Studies.
