Innovation & Creativity

Seminar Overview

In this seminar, participants will consider the specific practical steps required to generate fresh, useful ideas which rapidly lead to new or revitalized products and services, and increased revenue. Reaching beyond standard media hype about innovation, participants will examine the important differences between creativity and innovation, review which innovation targets yield the most value, consider routine business practices that typically thwart effective innovation, and learn how best to accurately measure gains from innovation. The fundamental goal of the seminar is to show how to lead the implementation of effective innovation practices while preserving legacy corporate successes, motivating employees, and incurring little or no additional expense, while creating an explosion of fresh, profitable ideas.
