Leading Innovation and Creativity

November 9, 2010

Seminar Overview

Effective innovation is vital if you want your organization to thrive rather than simply survive in the current economic environment and in the years to come. We will take you beyond the standard media hype about innovation and teach you how to implement effective innovation practices that will boost your organization’s profits, motivate employees, preserve the legacy of your organization’s successes and create an explosion of fresh profitable ideas—all at little or no additional expense.

You will learn the differences between creativity and innovation, develop a “hit list” of strategies that will yield the most results, consider routine business practices that can hinder your organization’s innovation, and learn how to accurately measure gains from innovation.

This seminar’s hands-on, practical approach will prepare you to imbed effective innovation within your organization that will generate fresh, useful ideas that can quickly lead to new or revitalized products and services that will generate increased revenue year after year.

Who Should Attend: This seminar is intended for business owners, managers and leaders of small-to-medium-sized organizations in any industry who are being pinched by the recent economic downturn and who need strategic insight to generate profitable new products and services.
