: :Leadership Consultation Expertise from an objective advisor can help identify latent areas needing development in a client’s personal leadership. The initial consultation enables the leadership coach to identify contextual factors affecting a client’s approach to leadership. It also provides a level of objective, personalized service using current knowledge based on emerging trends and research.
: :Leadership Profile & Development Plan Briefing Utilizing results of the assessment and the leadership consultation, a leadership coach will compile a personal leadership profile that summarizes key areas and findings for the client. In addition, the coach designs a personal leadership development plan to target specific areas for development that will be addressed in the follow-up sessions. Both the profile and development plan are personally briefed with the client.
: :Intensive Leadership Development and Coaching The leadership development and coaching sessions are the core of the program. Clients receive custom and intensive training across a range of topics to refine and draw out effective leadership competencies and behaviors. Topic areas are determined at the leadership development planning stage, but may include topics such as: effective leadership behaviors, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, cultural intelligence, leading change, leadership complexity, navigating the executive environment, women leading at the next level (women clients), unleashing leadership influence, the leader as a change agent, leader as a mentor, global leadership, servant leadership, and holistic leadership.
: : Follow up Consultation and Coaching To ensure continuity and enduring results, each custom leadership development program includes a follow up consultation session(s) between the leadership coach and client to refresh specific areas of development or address emergent situations. The follow up consultation time may be used in one session or multiple follow-up sessions.
Leadership Institutes
The Leadership Institutes serve as an intensive leadership development program designed to for targeted leadership needs for emerging leaders, global leaders, executive leaders and women leaders. These short-format programs, typically 2-3 days, are offered in small group settings with leadership coaches who help assess, guide and coach participants to gain new insights about their personal leadership to be more effective in their organizations and beyond.
The Leadership Sanctuary is a special offering coming in June 2011. When leaders are broken or burned-out, where do they turn? This five-day intensive offering is reserved for leaders across business, government, churches and non-profit who need a place for restoration and refuge. With personal and customized programs, leaders will be matched with personal coaches with the experience and understanding to assess root challenges in personal leadership efficacy and introduce new insight toward meaningful personal transformation.
