Leadership Certificate Programs

Our certificate programs are a popular choice for leadership development among managers and executives in business, government and non-profit organizations in the U.S. and worldwide. The Center for Effective Organizations offers two certificate programs that are offered in group sessions.

Participants may also take the certificate programs to earn credit for continuing education units (CEU) in two formats:

  • 5-day program is available for 3 CEUs
  • 10-day program is available for 6 CEUs.

Global Business Leaders Certificate Program – With a dual emphasis on both global business practice and leadership, this certificate program is ideal for commercial companies or government  entities who want to provide their leaders with technical training in marketing, human resources, operations, trade, economics and entrepreneurial practice while also ensuring focused attention on personal leadership development.

Adaptive Leadership Certificate Program – Designed for leaders who need to effectively navigate changing environments, this intense certificate program introduces participants to foundations of leadership theory then explores more contemporary, complex and innovative approaches and practice. Using an experiential learning approach, participants are encouraged to share and resolve real-life leadership challenges.

Entrepreneurship Certificate Program - For entrepreneurs who need real-time information, this program provides strategies and techniques to launch and grow their business or enterprise. From idea formation to marketing, sales, operations, human resources, financial management and business plan development, this certificate prepares entrepreneurs to be successful in their ventures.

Pastoral Leadership Certificate Program – A specially designed program for pastors and church leaders who want to develop or refine their leadership to align with Biblical principles and their church development, this certificate program is ideal for church leadership and executive teams. Leaders will learn foundational and advanced leadership theory and practice applied to the challenges and dynamics of ecclesial contexts.
