Complimentary Consultation – Our consultations provide a level of objective, personalized service using the most current knowledge based on emerging trends and research. Expertise from an objective advisor can help guide your organization through uncertainty toward effective results. Starting with a consultation and assessment, leaders work with a selected personal coach to identify development goals and determine a suitable path to achieve desired results. Using a custom development plan, the leader will receive coaching sessions followed by an evaluative session to recognize progress.
