Seminar Overview
Emotional intelligence is a compelling concept that has received much attention in the past two decades. Much of this attention has been focused on the role emotional intelligence (EQ) plays in increasing leader effectiveness. This seminar will look at the non-cognitive skills associated with emotional intelligence that help leaders connect with people in ways that motivate and empower to enhanced levels of personal and organizational performance.
