Franco Gandolfi, DBA |
Franco Gandolfi serves as a full professor of management and the director of the MBA program in the School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship at Regent University. Specializing in change management, human resources management, and international management, he regularly advises firms in Australia, Switzerland and the United States of America. Dr. Gandolfi’s current and former clients include UBS, Novartis, Deloitte and General Motors. Dr. Gandolfi serves on a number of international boards and committees and is an active researcher and writer. He is the principal author of five textbooks, and his publication portfolio includes more than 50 peer-reviewed research articles in top tier international journals. Dr. Gandolfi is recognized for his research work on corporate downsizing. The much acclaimed book "Corporate Downsizing Demystified: A Scholarly Analysis of a Business Phenomenon" (2006) has been adopted by consultants, policy makers and business executives around the world. He holds two master’s degrees in Commerce and Education, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from one of Australia’s leading graduate schools of management. |
