Dr. Gandolfi's research has been published in top-tier international journals, including the Journal of Human Resource Development International, Journal of Management & Organization, Review of International Comparative Management, International Journal of Enterprise and Management Development, International Journal of Innovation and Learning, Sasin Journal of Management, Journal of American Academy of Business Cambridge, The Australasian Journal of Business and Social Inquiry, and Contemporary Management Research. Dr. Gandolfi regularly contributes to HR Monthly and the Australian Human Resources Magazine. His research findings have also been showcased at numerous international management conferences around the globe.

A member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), currently Dr. Gandolfi serves as the MBA program director and associate professor of human resources management (HRM) in the School of Global Leadership & Entrepreneurship. He holds degrees in Commerce and Adult Education from the University of Sydney and doctoral qualifications in Business Administration from Southern Cross University, Australia.

Prior to his position at Regent University, Dr. Gandolfi spent three years as an associate professor of international business at Cedarville University in the U.S. and four years as the sub-dean of the Faculty of Business and Law and senior lecturer at Central Queensland University in Sydney, Australia. Specializing in human resources management, international business, and change management, he regularly advises corporations in Australia and Switzerland.

In addition, Dr. Gandolfi previously held various management and consulting positions at Novartis, Roche, Credit Suisse, and PAX Insurances in Switzerland. He is also a retired first-lieutenant in the Swiss Army Forces.
