Certificate Programs
Our certificate programs are a popular choice for leadership development among managers and executives in business, government and non-profit organizations in the U.S. and worldwide. The Center for Effective Organizations offers two certificate programs that are offered in group sessions. These programs are customized to provide a combination of contemporary insight and in-depth practice that ensures focused yet intensive development.
Participants may also take the certificate programs to earn credit for continuing education units (CEU) in two formats. The five-day program is available for 3 CEUs and ten-day program is available for 6 CEUs.
: : Global Business Leaders Certificate Program – With a dual emphasis on both global business practice and leadership, this certificate program is ideal for commercial companies or government entities who want to provide their leaders with technical training in marketing, human resources, operations, trade, economics and entrepreneurial practice while also ensuring focused attention on personal leadership development.
: : Contemporary Leadership Certificate Program – The study of leadership spans across several disciplines and arenas of practice. This intense certificate program introduces participants to foundations of leadership theory then explores more contemporary and innovative ideas and practice. Using an experiential learning approach, participants are encouraged to share and resolve real-life leadership challenges.
