*TITLE IV LOANS: If students are receiving Title IV Federal Student Loans, they are permitted to enroll in the same course number a maximum of only two semesters. Therefore, doctoral students are encouraged to carefully plan the dissertation stage of their program.
**New Student Tuition Rate: New tuition rates are set by the university to begin in the fall semester of each academic year. Because GLE offers doctoral students a unique Tuition Assurance Plan (see below), new doctoral students who begin their academic program with the summer semester cohort will be charged at a rate (summer tuition rate + adjustment fee) to equal the new fall semester tuition that follows the student’s first summer semester.

"I consider my years in the Ph.D. program the best investment I ever made in my career. The time, energy and money spent in the program have paid off many times over. I consider the faculty to be world class and my peers in my cohort are true friends and colleagues."
