Master's Degree Applicants

Application Deadlines

Please use the following application checklist to complete your admissions process for our master’s degree programs. All application materials must be received by the deadline for the semester to which you are applying.

IMPORTANT:
Applicants to our master's degree programs must have earned a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution OR an equivalent degree from a foreign institution, as evaluated by a credential evaluating agency.

When applying to the M.A. in Organizational Leadership or the M.A. in Strategic Foresight program, the admissions committee, comprised of several faculty members, will independently review your application materials before giving their recommendation to the program director for a final admissions decision. Criteria reviewed by the admissions committee include:

  1. Academic achievement
  2. Vision clarity and alignment with program outcomes
  3. Writing quality
  4. Leadership experience
Admissions Requirements
 
1. Application Form
To apply online, you will need to create a login ID and six-digit PIN to access our Genisys system. The login ID and PIN allow you to save your application so you can view or edit it at a later time.
 
 
2. $50 Application Fee
Your application will be considered official in our system once we have received the application fee. For your convenience, you may pay your non-refundable application fee online or by mail using a check.
 
 
3. Professional Resume
Provide an updated copy of your professional resume or curriculum vitae that includes:
  • Employment history with details of responsibilities, skill sets and results
  • School, community and church leadership positions
  • Service activities in which you have been involved
  • Academic and non-academic honors and distinctions you have received
Your resume should be e-mailed directly to the Admissions Office at cem@regent.edu.
 
 
 
 

4.

Official GMAT or GRE Test Score
Arrange to have your official GMAT (MBA applicants) or GRE (MOL or MSF applicants) scores sent directly to Regent University.
 
5. Admissions Essay
Your admissions essay should be e-mailed directly to the Admissions Office at cem@regent.eduClick here for guidelines on writing your essay.
 
 
6. Official Transcripts
You are required to send official transcripts (including military) that represent all college credits you have ever received, even if credits were transferred into another institution. Official transcripts need to be mailed directly to Regent University from each institution in a sealed envelope. Download the Transcript Request Form.
 

Once you have fulfilled the other application requirements, you may be contacted for an admissions interview, which is by invitation only.
