International Influence, Global Perspective

Reaching the world with the principles of Christian leadership is a threefold challenge. First, it requires a deep understanding of Scripture and how to apply it effectively to the business and leadership dimensions of a multi-cultural, secular society.

Secondly, our mission requires that we employ faculty who are qualified and called to serve as ambassadors of Truth in a rapidly changing, global environment; as a result, our faculty are international in their education, experience and vision.

Finally, we must draw students with excellent credentials and the motivation to fulfill the mission of the university. We utilize a rigorous admissions process to identify those individuals who not only have the required academic capabilities but who possess a global perspective and a willingness to serve God in whatever role to which He may call them.
